| What is NOWS? |

The NEADS Online Work System (NOWS) is a bilingual, free, online tool where employers can post opportunities and search for job-ready candidates with disabilities. These candidates are either students or graduates who self-identify as having a disability/impairment. It is operated by the National Educational Association of Disabled Students (NEADS).
